We have a group meeting on Sunday at 3pm, we discussed about our topic and made a final decision of the three segments which we are going to talk about, as well as each group members’ responsibility for the podcast. Since we are comparing the old and new Disney movies, we will be focused on the princesses from early fairy tales like Cinderella, and the new films will be represented by Rapunzel and Tiana. Furthermore, we will also talk about the changes of masculinity showed in Disney movies, and we will use Tony Stark from Avengers as a main example. Besides, we talked about the structures of the podcast, like how to start and end the podcast. For our responsibilities, Vivian and Iris will be the host and speak in every segment, they will make transitions between different segments which relates to the next topic we are going to talk about and make the podcast smoother and more natural. Vivian is also going to be the microsite editor, and Iris is the script coordinator and researcher. Tim will be the podcast editor, and I will be the researcher and podcast director. We will have our next meeting to start recording on Wednesday at 3pm.

· Creates microsite account at Wix and shares with group (microsite editor)
Iris Vu
· Co-host with Vivian of the podcast, speaks in segments 1 and 2
· Finds images for microsite and music for podcast (researcher)
· Takes all the individual scripts and puts them into one big master script (on a Googledoc) and then shares with all group mates (script coordinator)
Shenglin Ye
· speaks in segment 2 and 3
· revises the video recording into an audio version and edits it (podcast editor)
Yuying Yu
· speaks in segments 1 and 2
· finds images for microsite and music for podcast (researcher)
· collects sources from all group members and makes a full list of References to be included on microsite (podcast director)
